Welcome to the Teton County, WY Permit Application Portal
This portal allows you to apply for construction permits, pay fees, request inspections, and perform property research from the comfort of your home or office. For Building permits, we are only accepting applications through this portal for people who are currently scheduled for a Take-In meeting for the current month. Building permit applications submitted without a scheduled Take-In meeting during the current month will not be processed and may be rejected.
Teton County staff are still available in the office to assist you if needed.
Please ensure that your application includes all required submittal materials, including accurate site plans, building plans, Letter of Authorization, or other details required for your permit type. Submittal requirements may be found through the “Documents” link at the bottom of this page.
IMPORTANT: Incomplete applications will result in delays and will not be processed until they are determined to be sufficient by Teton County.
