Welcome to the Teton County, WY Permit Application Portal

This portal allows you to apply for construction permits, pay fees, request inspections, and perform property research from the comfort of your home or office. For Building permits, we are only accepting applications through this portal for people who are currently scheduled for a Take-In meeting for the current month. Building permit applications submitted without a scheduled Take-In meeting during the current month will not be processed and may be rejected. Please ensure that your application includes all required submittal materials, including accurate site plans, building plans, Letter of Authorization, or other details required for your permit type. Submittal requirements may be found through the “Documents” link at the bottom of this page.

IMPORTANT: Incomplete applications will result in delays and will not be processed until they are determined to be sufficient by Teton County.

INSPECTIONS:

Electrical Inspections are not scheduled through this portal. *The cutoff time for requesting Electrical Inspections for the next business day is 3:30 p.m. Please use this link to schedule an Electrical Inspection: http://www.tetoncountywy.gov/1645/How-to-schedule-an-electrical-inspection

*The cutoff time for requesting Building inspections for the next business day is 4:00 p.m. Inspections for Building permits are only accepted through this portal if the original Building permit application was submitted through the portal and if you have a login associated with the permit number. Otherwise, to request an inspection, please call (307) 732-5745. Alta Inspections are Wednesday PM & Thursday AM only.
